With a successful 30-year real estate career; Loretta has been involved in the leadership, strategic direction and growth of some of Melbourne’s finest rent rolls and agencies. Loretta has extensive knowledge of the rent roll acquisition process both and has assisted many clients expand their business’s rent roll asset base. She is regarded as an industry leader in managing the acquisition process from Contract, due diligence, rent roll migration / integration, right through to Settlement. This knowledge and first-hand experience allow both buyers and sellers to proceed with confidence and peace of mind. Additionally, she has extensive experience as an executive team member; in business planning and budgeting, adherence to governance, compliance, legislative and regulatory requirements and risk management. Loretta is also known for her proven ability to drive successful, structural and cultural change whilst maintaining a collaborative team spirit. As a fully Licensed Estate Agent and as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of Australia (AREI), Loretta has also been heavily involved in the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), having served on Institute’s Best Practice and Ethics Committee, Property Management Chapter and Dispute Resolution Panels.
